Terms of Sale
All sales through checkout are final.
We offer Debit/Credit Card, GooglePay, Shop Pay Apple Pay and Afterpay as payment options (Diners and American Express is not available at this time).
Pre-Orders
From time to time, we offer pre-orders on one off and specialty lines that aren't always available in our range. When these become available, payment is required up front to secure your order. Turn around time for Pre-Orders is generally 2 weeks after the pre-order close date.
To Pre-order, simply add the pre-order line to your cart and pay as per a normal transaction.
You will be advised via Shopify when your order is dispatched.
In the event of any delays due to freight or other external instances, this will be communicated to you.
Returns Policy
All policies are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. A copy of this is found here.
All packages sent out are packed as safely as possible to avoid damage to your items, however, in the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. We will require photographic proof of the damage to the item prior to any refunds or replacements being issued. Please contact us in the event your item arrives damaged or missing within 7 days of delivery. In the event of a failed delivery, or missing in transit, please let us know.
The nature of some issues will require the item be returned to us. Should this be necessary, we will advise on what you need to do. Postage back to Wear a Little Joy will be at the cost of the customer initially. Should the claim be successful, we will reimburse you the cost of the postage as per our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to not issue refunds if you have simply changed your mind.
All items are inclusive of a 30 day warranty from date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers any fault or defect the item may develop as part of the creation or manufacture of the item. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or third-party damage.
Warnings
Warnings are included in individual relevent items.
All of our products are thoroughly checked for safety prior to sale; however, bows and embellishments may loosen over time. Please inspect products prior to wear. Children should always be supervised when wearing our products at all times, even if they do not contain small parts. If the product begins to loosen or develops any signs of breakage, please discontinue use immediately and dispose appropriately. Products made by Wear a Little Joy are intended for fashion only. Wear a Little Joy accepts no responsibility or liability for any use beyond this purpose. Use of Wear a Little Joy products and accessories are strictly at your own risk. By using and wearing any of our products, the end user accepts this warning in full.
Repairs
We do not generally offer repairs on items that have failed our broken outside of Warranty. Please get in contact with us if you require this service as we can assess our ability to repair on a case by case basis.
Disclaimers
Items with embellishments and additions, or with fine detail are fragile and are only intended for occasional use only. Please take care when removing from wear as they may get damaged. These items are not intended as use as a toy.
Any damage arising from mis-use or constant wear are not covered under warranty.
Local Pick-Up
In addition to postage, we also offer local pick-up for our customers free of charge. Our pickup point is:

Your will receive notification that your order is ready for pickup via the mobile number (As SMS) or email address provided by you at the checkout.
We take no responsibility of your orders once notification has been sent (Ie: Theft, Weather, etc) - so prompt pick-up is recommended.
Postage
Within Australia
Postage is via our own Cardboard Packaging and are generally dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed. On large volume orders, we will use recycled cartons to fit your order in. We have found that this is the easiest, most secure way to get your items to you at the lowest cost. These also include tracking for extra piece of mind.
Postage is usually within 48 hours of your order (Pending on order quantities, seasonal loads, etc).
$12.00 flat rate shipping is for all items that can fit in one post box, no matter the weight.
Wherever possible, we will endevour to combine postage to save you money. We will do this automatically for you. On any subsequent order, you will need to pay for postage still, however, we will refund any extra postage paid back to you.
Express Post is also available through postage options.
Outside Australia
International postage will be calculated prior to purchase. Please contact us BEFORE you place your order to ensure we can send to your country and for a postage quote. Payment for international orders must be made prior to any goods posted and may include relevent duties or taxes your country may impose.
